Let the children come to me,
and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
Mark 10:14

St. Paul Lutheran Preschool serves the community in guiding young children to live, learn and play in a loving Christian environment. An essential part of good education is the joy of learning. Our program recognizes and respects each child’s individuality and allows them to learn at their own pace.

St. Paul Lutheran Preschool was started in 1984, serving three and four year olds and their parents. In 1990, this was expanded to include a summer program for children ages three to six years old.

Preschool Curriculum is inclusive of but not limited to the following:

  • A wide range of experiences to develop the child’s skills – social, emotional, cognitive, language, self-help and physical (gross and fine motor);

  • Activities that encourage verbal expression, listening skills and independent thinking;

  • Utilization of Bible Stories, music and multi-media to teach values such as kindness, generosity, honesty and love as they are understood in the context of the Christian Church;

  • Field trips, video tapes, books are used to increase their knowledge of the world around them.

St. Paul Lutheran Preschool admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin.
